Diversity Equity and Inclusion or (DEI) is a component of workplace culture that must be actively discussed, intentionally managed and provided with ongoing support in order to ensure cultural safety in the workplace.
Our 8 week program is designed to walk you through our 5A Framework to discover opportunities for growth, unlearn misguided narratives and redefine a new structure of communication, listening and support of each team member involved in this necessary, internal change for the benefit of your organization.
