What | Does E.V.E. Mean?

The E.V.E. Consulting Firm, was officially founded in 2021. Its acronym means “Empowerment Via Education” and our offered services focus capacity building and change management in the following ways: A) Leadership Development, B) Cultural Safety in the Workplace, C) Board & Staff Retreats, D) 1:1 Executive Coaching. The second "E" for Education is not limited to what we teach, but what you teach yourself and others (including us) about who you're being empowered to become!

Our Founder, Miriam "Mimi" King is known as the Brilliant Ideas Specialist— but she's not just smooth with her flow of ideas. She is as creative as she is a critical thinker; 

What Problem We Solve?

We partner with organizations to address critical gaps in the workplace. Some of which are created by poor leadership, and others by misalignment and low commitment from team members, board members, or both. We facilitate training experiences that support teams to heal their own conflicts, relieve burnout (and all of its reverberating effects), and by offering 1:1 coaching to the C-Suite of leadership, because it's where the tone of the workplace culture is reset. Simply put– WE BRING HAPPY BACK TO WORK!
